Sawmill Crossing

Sawmill Crossing is a neighborhood shopping center on a fourteen-acre parcel owned by Kaibab Industries, Inc. at Main Street and the Beeline Highway, Payson, Arizona. Kaibab formerly operated a sawmill on this site from 1958 to 1992.

The center projects an "early territorial" architectural theme with covered walkways and pedestrian friendly common areas. A variety of business tenants will provide entertainment, dining, and shopping opportunities to the public.

Phase One of the project consists of three separate buildings on seven and one half acres on the northern portion of the parcel. The buildings accommodate a six screen motion picture theatre and close to 30,000 sq. ft. of retail and office space.

Phase two, the remaining five acres of commercial real estate, will be developed sometime in the near future.
